If you would like to exchange an item, please let us know within 14 days from the received date. Proof of purchase is required. You will also need to send the item back within those 14 days.
Items must be returned as in the same condition as sent out. I.E tags still attached, original packaging, must not have been worn or misused & is in saleable condition. If not an exchange will not be given.
Also, you will need to pay postage for the exchanged item.
Here at yeezytrainer.co.uk, we are happy to exchange for a new size, different color or style.
We recommend that you send us back the goods recorded delivery as we are not responsible for any losses during the time in transit.
Returns accepted on the following conditions:
1) You may cancel your order any time within fourteen (14) working days, beginning on the day after you received the goods. We will refund the price of the goods in full only if I mistakenly sent the wrong item or wrong size to you, otherwise the delivery costs originally paid are non-refundable.
2) If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within seven (7) days of the day, we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.
3) The goods must be returned in the same condition in which you received them (unused), and they will be returned at your own cost and risk.
4) Returned items must be accompanied by our returns form, which will be issued on request by the buyer. Items returned without this form will not be refunded.
5) We will send the parcel as soon as possible to the address which is provided by you on your delivery once the payment been received. If the delivery failed and is received back to us, we don't pay for resending and also we don't refund the price of the postage. The customer is responsible for the collection of their own goods and can ask for their tracking number, otherwise will pay for resend or will be entitled just to refund price of the item.
6) Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
